  28. You'll find a wallpaper in 800 x 600 pixels and another in 1024 x 768.
  29. Choose according to your screen resolution. Try both if you're not sure.

  40. 1) System Requirements:

  42.   -WindowsNT or Windows95
  43.   -Microsoft MS-Plus!
  44.   -Hi-color Video card
  45.   -8-bit stereo Sound card

  49. 2) Installation:
  50.  
  51.   -Unzip the "discotheme" zip file to
  52.    C:\Program Files\Plus!\Themes\ or your standard theme folder.
  53.   -Double-click LS4SETUP.EXE to install the screensaver.
  54.   -Go to the MS-Plus! Desktop Themes icon in your system's control panel.
  55.   -Choose the "Disco (high color)" Theme according to your screen resolution

  59. 3) Startup and Shutdown screens:
  60.  
  61.   -If you have never copied the following files to a secure folder,
  62.    DO IT NOW! These are the files for your startup and shutdown screens:
  63.  
  64.    C:\Logo.sys
  65.    C:\Windows\Logow.sys
  66.    C:\Windows\Logos.sys
  67.  
  68.   -If you can't find them it's because they are hidden.
  69.    Choose "Options" somewhere in your Windows Explorer and set up your
  70.    system to view all file types.
  71.   -Now you should be able to find the above mentioned files.
  72.   -Once you've copied them you just replace all three files by the ones
  73.    that came with the zip file. Do this:

  75.    Copy the Disco "Logo.sys" to C:
  76.    Copy the Disco "Logow.sys" to C:\Windows
  77.    Copy the Disco "Logos.sys" to C:\Windows

  90.   To install the LIGHT SPEED! screen saver, run the included setup
  91.   program LS4SETUP.EXE from Windows as you would any program.
  92.   It will guide you through the installation process.

  126.      Sound card. To control the volume, use the mixer that controls
  127.      your sound card.

  131. LIGHTING:
  132.  
  133.      To get the best effect from the software, make sure the brightness and
  134.      contrast controls of the monitor are adjusted for maximum brightness
  135.      with a dark black level.  Best results are obtained in a dark room with
  136.      little or no ambient light. Some configurations are hard to see, unless
  137.      its very dark.

  141. UN-INSTALL:
  142.  
  143.      The setup program AND the screen saver, have automatic
  144.      UN-install functions.  USE THEM, to un-install it.
  145.

  147.      To MANUALLY un-install it ... you need to remove the following
  148.      files. The files are shown as if they were installed using the
  149.      default directory c:\l-speed (Use your directory). [ NOTE: the
  150.      'registry' is not altered by LIGHT SPEED! ]
